70S CHAMPIONSHIP REGULATIONS 2022
The 70s Road Spots Championship has a robust, well thought out set of regulations to allow production Sports and GT cars built and registered between 01.01.1970 – 31.12.79 to compete at the best circuits in the UK.
All cars competing in the Championship must comply with the 2021 Championship Regulations. DOWNLOAD
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES & MINIMUM WEIGHTS 2022
This Championship is open to genuine production sports, GT and two door coupes, manufactured and road registered between 01.01.70 and 31.12.79.
Cars manufactured and road registered in the 1980s, and late 60s (subject to approval with HRS), which are precisely to the same specification as the 1970s model will be considered for acceptance by the Championship Committee.

For Full Racing Membership to score points in your chosen Championship please complete and return the Membership Form. If you are not a current member but want to join us for just one meeting in the season then you can opt for Basic Racing Membership, if you wish to upgrade the one-off fee is refundable against the Full Racing Membership Fee. NOVICE SCHEME 2022
We would like to encourage new competitors to the sport. Our Novice Scheme was launched in 2015 for competitors who have not previously held a Competition Licence.
To help them start their motorsport adventure with the HSCC in 70s Road Sports all eligible competitors will receive a £200 subsidy towards the cost of their first race entry and compete over the season for the prestigious Win Percy Trophy.
VEHICLE IDENTITY FORM 2022
All cars competing in the 70s Road Sports Championship must have a current HSCC Vehicle Identification Form (VIF). No competitor can claim Championship points unless the VIF has been approved by the Registrar.
If you are unable to download a Vehicle Identity Form from this website, please contact the HSCC Office and they will either send you a copy of the form via e-mail or surface mail.
DECLARATION TO DRIVE 2022
Competitors who wish to claim Driving Points should complete the Drivers Declaration Form 2021. If this form is not returned to the HSCC Office it will be assumed the car will not be road driven. DOWNLOAD
